National Health Insurance Tax is used for the medical expenses of all the members.

The members have the obligation to pay the National Health Insurance Tax even though you didn’t go to the hospital.

Failure to pay the tax will result to temporary cancellation of your health insurance card. Without a valid health insurance card, you may need to pay the full amount of your medical expenses once you go to any medical facilities.

• Payments for the National Health Insurance Tax are divided into 10. Payment is due every end of the month, starting from June to March of the following year.
• Please make the payment with the enclosed bills by the due date at the nearest banks, convenience stores, at the Tax Payment Section of City Office, by internet using a credit card or through smartphone by downloading an application.

The amount of tax is calculated according to the previous year’s income and the number of National Health Insurance members.

Please make the declaration of income even if you have no income.

The National Health Insurance tax deduction may not be applied without making the declarations of income.

If you have questions about the taxation or the tax payment for National Health Insurance, please come to the Insurance and Pension Section (Hoken Nenkin Ka) at Matsusaka City Office with someone who can understand Japanese.

Nais namin ipaalam ang halaga ng Seguro Buwis Pangkalusugan (National Health Insurance） ng inyong kasambahay.

Ang seguro buwis pangkalusugan ay ginagamit para sa mga gastusin medical ng lahat ng miyembro kasapi.

Lahat ng kasapi sa seguro ay may obligasyon bayaran ang seguro buwis pang kalusugan kahit hindi ito nagamit.

Kapag nakaligtaan magbayad hindi magagamit ang nasabing card at kayo ay magbabayad ng buong halaga ng gastusin sa ospital sa sandaling kayo ay magkasakit.

• May 10buwan ng pagbabayad para sa Seguro Buwis Pangkalusugan,lahat ng ito ay dapat bayaran tuwing katapusan ng  buwan simula sa buwan ng June hangang March ng sunod na tao， Isama sa inyong pagbabayad ang kalakip na resibo tuwing kayo ay magbabayad.
• Maari kayong magbayad sa pinaka malapit na banko，convinient store，at sa Tax Payment Section sa munusipiyo, o sa internet gamit ang credit card o sa smartphone gamit ang application.

Ang halaga ng buwis na inyong dapat bayaranay base sa sahod na inyong natangap ng nakaraan taon at mga kasamang miyembro kasambahay.

Mangyari lang na gumawa n deklarsyon kahit wala kayong kinita.

Ang pagbabawas ng buwis ay hindi maisasagawa kapag walang deklarasyon na ginawa.

Kung kayo ay may mga katanungan tungkol sa buwis,mangyari lang na magsadya kayo sa Insurance Pension Section (Hoken Nenkin Ka) sa munusipiyo ng lungsod ng Matsusaka at mag sama ng tao na bihasa sa wikang nihongo.

O imposto do seguro é utilizado no tratamento de todos os inscritos no seguro de saúde nacional.

O pagamento do imposto é obrigatório, mesmo para aqueles que não utilizaram serviço médico/ hostpitalar.

A falta de pagamento implicará no pagamento particular do valor total no hospital, pois não poderá mais utilizar o cartão do seguro.

•  A forma de pagamento é em 10 vezes, de junho deste ano à março do ano que vem, no final do mês.
• Favor pagar na prefeitura-shuunoka, nas lojas de conveniências, por internet usando o cartão de credito, pelo　smartphone, aplicativo de cellular ou em instituições financeiras antes da data de vencimento.

O valor do imposto é determinado através da renda do ano anterior e o número de pessoas inscritas.

保険税は、国民健康保険に加入している方全員の医療費に使われます。

病院にかかっていなくても納付する義務があります。

滞納されますと、保険証が使えなくなり、病院にかかる時に全額自己負担となります。

• 納期限は6月から翌年3月まで毎月末で、10回払いです。
• 納期限までに金融機関・コンビニエンスストア・市役所収納課にて納付書で納めていただくか、インターネットを利用してクレジットカードかスマートフォン（スマホアプリ）で納めてください。

税額は加入者の人数や前年中の所得によって決まります。
もし所得がなかったとしても、そのことを申告していないと、保険税の軽減を受けられない場合がありますので、申告をお願いします。
